Lobster Pasta

 

You’re going to want to make this lobster pasta. It’s a take on a similar pasta we’ve posted before but this time we just added poached lobster from @the.lobsterand it works perfectly!!

Method

  • cut lots of garlic at least 5-10 cloves, 1 shallot sliced thinly, and 1/2 cup to 1 cup of chopped parsley

  • start by cooking garlic and shallots in 1/4 cup olive oil on medium high heat - then add red pepper flakes and parsley...be careful not to burn garlic

  • make the breadcrumbs - combine panko, parm, parsley, garlic and olive oil to coat and toast in a pan

  • prepare pasta (we used long fusilli) in salted pasta water and save some for your sauce (about 1/2 cup)

  • add poached lobster with 1-2 tablespoons butter and lemon juice then add pasta and toss with pasta water to get a good consistency

  • plate and serve with toasted breadcrumbs on top!
