Meatball Sliders

 

We literally love making these - and no, this isn’t sponsored, but @kingshawaiian are just too good.

Method

  • Cut rolls in half and add a good amount of red sauce on the bottom of your rolls but not too much

  • Layer with turkey meatballs (you can use any but we bought ours at our local deli, homemade probably best too), fresh mozzarella, more red sauce, and fresh basil

  • Add top layer of rolls and then melt 1 stick butter, grate 2 garlic cloves, a good amount of parm, and salt and pepper

  • Drizzle over rolls and top with more parm then bake at 350 covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10

  • Serve with red sauce for dipping!
