Who we are
Sistersnacking LLC (“Sistersnacking,” “we,” “us”) runs this website, publishes our recipes, travel guides and restaurant recommendations, and sells The Ultimate Sistersnacking Index. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Your account
You can create an account with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for one person — please don’t share logins. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Purchases and access
The Ultimate Sistersnacking Index is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the account that bought it, including future updates. Travel guides are sold as individual PDF downloads. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. If you bought the original Index spreadsheet from our previous store, access is attached automatically to that same email address.
Prices are in US dollars. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where required by law or where something on our side genuinely didn’t work — email us and we’ll make it right.
What you can and can’t do
Everything on this site — recipes, photos, written guides, and the Index data — is ours and protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial cooking, eating and travel. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, scrape or bulk-copy our content, share your Index access or PDFs publicly, or use our material to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.
Emails
If you sign up for our newsletter or buy the Index, we may email you updates such as new spots added to the Index. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to anything you bought.
Recommendations are opinions
Restaurants change, close and have off nights. Our recommendations are our personal opinions at the time we wrote them, and hours, prices and addresses may be out of date. Please check before you go. The site is provided “as is” and, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
