Best Garlic Bread

 

This is the best way to make garlic bread!

Method

  • Start with an Italian loaf, sourdough, baguette, really any crusty soft bread you like - cut in half length wise

  • This is important! Pre-cut individual slices so you can easily pull them apart, don’t cut all the way and leave center intact...this will also help get butter everywhere

  • Mix 1-2 sticks softened butter, 3-5 grated garlic, few dashes of garlic powder, chopped parsley (1/2 cup at least), 1/2 cup or more of grated parm, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper, and a little olive oil

  • Spread generously on bread and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
