Crispy Rice

 

One of our favorite foods is crispy rice so here’s how you can make it at home!

Method

  • Start by freezing your sushi rice for 1-2 hours (we made our own but you can also order from your local sushi restaurant!)

  • Cut sushi grade tuna

  • Mix tuna with spicy Mayo (Mayo and sriracha) this will be most of your sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce

  • Cut rice into cubes as seen in video and fry in vegetable oil until crispy

  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds
