Crispy Rice
One of our favorite foods is crispy rice so here’s how you can make it at home!
Method
Start by freezing your sushi rice for 1-2 hours (we made our own but you can also order from your local sushi restaurant!)
Cut sushi grade tuna
Mix tuna with spicy Mayo (Mayo and sriracha) this will be most of your sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce
Cut rice into cubes as seen in video and fry in vegetable oil until crispy
Top with green onions and sesame seeds
