Emily Mariko Copycat Salmon Bowls

If you’re curious we used @omsom misoyaki to flavor the salmon then topped on sushi rice. Sushi rice was made with equal parts sugar and salt (1 teaspoon or so of each) to about 3 tbsp warmed rice vinegar. Topped with @kewpieusa, sriracha, coconut aminos, avocado, scallions, and furikake.

Ate with teriyaki seaweed and this was SO easy and good!
