Miso Salmon
Miso glazed salmon recipe!
Method
to make your sauce: combine 2 tbsp miso paste and 1 tbsp warm water and whisk
combine 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, sriracha to taste, and grate 1 nob of ginger
marinate and refrigerate salmon filets in sauce for at least 30 minutes
add vegetable oil and sesame oil to a pan on medium high heat and sear both sides for about 3-5 minutes depending on how you prefer your salmon
We love this recipe and most of the ingredients are pantry staples and if you have to buy miso paste is last for a long time! Serve over rice or with veggies.
